Abstract
International student enrollment is progressively increasing across the United States. Even with an increase in enrollment, institutions have not yet begun to tap into the capital between international students and engagement as alumni of the institution. This study will examine the influences and barriers for international alumni engagement at a four-year, private, religious institution in the Pacific Northwest and then provide recommended best practices for increased alumni engagement within the field of higher education.
