Abstract
This reflection examines the author’s own leadership approach through the lenses of servant leadership and leader humility. In this paper, the author hopes that the readers will be able to reflect on their own leadership style in their work with students. By engaging in this analysis, the authors plans to improve their approach to leadership to become a more well-rounded practitioner, and she encourages the readers to do the same.
