Abstract
This research examines the purpose of university CARE Teams and provides insight on case management in higher education. This includes highlighting the importance of a CARE Team case manager position and touching on challenges that university CARE Teams may face. This paper also proposes recommendations for Seattle University's CARE Team, as well as shed light on higher education during the time of the COVID-19 pandemic to consider an action plan for future reference.
