Abstract
"Acne affects nearly 90% of Americans during their teenager years and can carry extreme psychosocial consequences (Keri, 2006). The knowledge level of acne has been shown to be low among teens and knowledge about the disease was most commonly obtained from teenage magazines, TV, radio and internet (Reich et al., 2007). Current online sources of acne are evaluated and compared and an educational tool regarding acne is presented along with a pre-and post- knowledge level assessment that can be used in health education classes or by clinicians."
