The system of unemployment is designed to foster underemployment which is why society should pay more attention to the resources it offers and how it’s lacking growth opportunities.  In the presentation, Lia will  talk about what underemployment is,  showcase  some examples, examine what leads to this issue, the consequences that affect  the lives of those underemployed and  present some solutions that could help the issue.
